Oh, sweet baby girl, we were so excited to finally meet you! My husband and I are good friends with Mike and Calie; my husband knows Mike from back in their pre-youth days, and we have been around for many milestones, the birth of their beautiful baby boy, their wedding, and now sweet Harlow’s birth! Mike actually texted us from the hospital asking us to come meet her only an hour after she was born! Although it was late in the evening and our daughter was already asleep, we called up Nana, she came and sat with our daughter and off to the hospital we went!
When Mike, Calie, and the kids showed up at our house for Harlow’s photos, I was beyond prepared! I even got some beautiful fresh tulips to try out a few new shots! Harlow did a fantastic job during her session! She slept for most of the two hours, which allowed us to get some gorgeous sleepy, curly shots! I had also been researching newborn wrapping techniques for weeks, and was so excited to try them out! I have to say, Harlow’s session had been my most successful yet! The wraps worked, the props looked great, and she slept like a dream! To sum up, I am so excited with the shots we got for Mike and Calie to commemorate this huge milestone!
