Henry and Emmy were absolutely fantastic to work with! I’ll be honest, one of the biggest reasons to do engagement photos with your wedding photographer is to get to know each other before your wedding day, which generally makes things run more smoothly and puts everyone at ease. Although Emmy was from Texas, meaning we weren’t able to do engagement photos beforehand, I felt like we were friends the minute I met her at Streamliners Espresso Bar to get their wedding details only days before the wedding!
Everything worked out so perfectly for their wedding day! Henry and Emmy were ADORABLE and not afraid of showing emotion on camera, their wedding party was so fun and interactive, the rain stopped just in time for photos, and the location was stunning! Cranberry Creek Gardens is a hidden gem about 15 minutes from Tillsonburg! They have the most adorable old chapel and lovely gardens with rows and rows of evergreen trees! Henry and Emmy had a perfect ceremony on the front steps of the chapel followed by a dinner reception and incredible dance party inside the chapel! The energy was so high that my second shooter and I even busted out a dance move or two!
